I just woke up.. And it's already 3.50pm..

Seems that I need a few days to adjust my body to counter the jet lag..
Slept at 4.30am yesterday by the way...
Its because that I have been living in GMT 0:00 time zone for almost a whole month...

This is going to sound really strange, but it is VERY true.
I have no internal body clock like most people. The only thing that keeps me on track is getting up for work.
When I have a few days off, I too am waking at crazy times during the day.
I would run much better if a day was 30 hours instead of 24.
