Seems that I need a few days to adjust my body to counter the jet lag..
Slept at 4.30am yesterday by the way...
Its because that I have been living in GMT 0:00 time zone for almost a whole month...
This is going to sound really strange, but it is VERY true.
ReplyDeleteI have no internal body clock like most people. The only thing that keeps me on track is getting up for work.
When I have a few days off, I too am waking at crazy times during the day.
I would run much better if a day was 30 hours instead of 24.
